Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader that has strong technical expertise in drain lining and confined space operations.

About the Role

Location: Bristol
Contract Type: On going work for the right individual, up to 5+ years

Key skills and requirements

• Experience in Confined Spaces - Has worked in / and managed confined space entries before & understands confined space rescue procedures
• Experience & Technical Knowledge with Installation of Drain Lining & Patching - Has great experience with the following drain lining techniques - UV Lining, Hot Cure Lining, Cold Cure Lining & Resin Patching with the ability to support and guide crews on technical challenges.
• Team Leadership - proven ability to lead multi-person crews, set clear expectations, and ensure productivity across patching / lining teams.
• Operational Delivery - hands-on experience coordinating daily site activities, scheduling works, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Health, Safety & Compliance - strong knowledge of industry H&S requirements, RAMS, and ability to enforce safe systems of work.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management - experience liaising between site teams, project managers, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues quickly.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - ability to address challenges on-site, allocate resources effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Performance Management - exposure to mentoring, developing, and supporting operatives to maintain high standards and build capability within the team.
