Role and Responsibilities

You and your Team Reporting to the Delivery Lead you will manage the technical delivery of multiple engineering teams across the Group. Working within an Agile change framework you will oversee teams spanning Software Test Data Infrastructure and Cloud ensuring high-quality technical outcomes each sprint. You will collaborate closely with architecture data test and infrastructure leads to deliver robust technical specifications and successful end-to-end delivery.

As a Delivery Manager you will:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams ensuring engagement, motivation and professional development through performance reviews, training and holiday continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure adherence to delivery standards, facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑up, sprint planning, and retrospectives, foster collaboration and report delivery status using metrics and reports to communicate progress and expectations, mentor and inspire team members, create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and timelines resources and dependencies ensuring safe and effective delivery of products and services in line with organisational goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading Agile software development teams and delivering complex technical presentation skills comfortable engaging with senior management and interpersonal organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Depth understanding of Agile principles and ALM tools including automated testing, Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD and DevOps tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA).
  • Ability to lead technical teams across platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft stack cloud and work closely with Architecture and Security.
  • Problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and challenging situations, subject to standard background checks (credit fraud and employment references).
