About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important for customer feedback and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
