Responsibilities
  • Handle data protection concerns and requests as a member of our Data Protection Team.
  • Effectively manage the mailbox for all Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
  • Accurately log all DSARs and ensure all deadlines for responses are met.
  • Produce written responses to DSARs, including collating the necessary documentation and applying the appropriate redactions where needed.
  • Ensure DSAR responses are accurate and cover the full extent of the data request.
  • Process various GDPR requests, such as amendments and erasures.
  • Respond to any basic data protection queries from customers and colleagues.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • You will have high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • You will be organised and efficient while prioritising workload in a timely manner.
  • You will possess strong interpersonal skills, as relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
  • Knowledge, understanding or interest in Data Protection Law (UK GDPR/PECR) is highly desirable, but not strictly necessary.
