Role Description

The purpose of this role is to work within Data Governance, Management and Quality (DGMQ) Team to effectively drive the key data governance capabilities to our business customers: Business Glossary, Metadata, Reference Data, Lineage and Quality Management. You are an experienced data professional with strong business acumen. Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present data stories and highlight the value of Data Governance and Quality in generating meaningful business insights.
We’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively within our team to find sustainable, automated solutions to data problems. You’ll be the right fit if you have a curious, open mind and an enthusiasm for innovation. We’re at a really exciting time in Data Governance and Enablement and this would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their skillset and evidence their development in data.
As Allianz we’re one of the largest general insurers in the UK, which means we have lots of IT and data legacy to work with, but we are on a transformation journey harnessing Cloud capabilities and cutting‑edge data software. Salary Information
Pay: Circa £55,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
