A leading education organization seeks a Data Insights Analyst to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Based in Reading with remote flexibility, you will analyze data, support service design, and manage projects to ensure optimal program outcomes. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of data analysis tools like PowerBI, experience managing multiple projects, and autonomy in driving results. A salary of up to £33,000 is offered, along with competitive benefits including 30 days holiday, pension scheme, and health care cash plan.
Location: Reading with flexibility for remote working
Job type: full time, 7‑month fixed term contract (35 hours per week)
Job Objectives: The Data Insights Analyst role is to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by using an evidence‑based approach from internal and external sources. The role holder is expected to work autonomously on the analysis of the available data to support improvements to service design and operational ways of working.
Key responsibilities: We are looking for a data expert to lead on monitoring and evaluation, turning complex datasets into clear insights that drive programme success. You will design and maintain reporting schedules, deliver in-depth analysis, and collaborate with managers to align projects with key priorities. Acting as a liaison with external parties, you’ll ensure impact assessments add real value, while supporting colleagues through training and guidance to build data capability. Working closely with the Data and Performance team, you’ll embed continuous improvement and help shape evidence‑based decision making across the organisation.
The Teacher Development programmes are delivered nationally; however, administration of the programmes is predominantly undertaken at the Reading office.
