Overview

Data Analyst Manager - Milton Keynes Pertemps is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Analyst Manager for our FMCG client based in Milton Keynes.

As a data analyst your role will include collecting leaning, and analyzing data from various sources to extract meaningful insights and trends that support informed business decisions.

Hours

Hours: 9am-5pm

Salary

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver insights, and maintain strong relationships.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and transformation. Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, privacy, and misuse
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and team capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Analytics, BI or Insights role at a senior level
• Experience managing a team of data professionals.
• Strong proficiency with Data Analytics tools and technologies - particularly Power BI
• Good understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, or predictive modelling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
