Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth analysis to define problems, develop solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain data analytics standards and best practices.
• Identify patterns and trends to enhance business decision-making and process improvement.
• Manage multiple projects across geographies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Apply predictive analytics to recommend process and risk redesign.
• Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and capabilities to improve strategies.

Experience Required

• 6-10 years\' experience in data analysis, ideally within regulatory reporting or financial services.
• Strong expertise in statistical modelling and handling large datasets (Python/SQL/Hadoop/Hive/Impala).
• Proven ability to manage complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); advanced Excel skills essential.
• Experience in segmentation, modelling, and optimization techniques.
