Job summary

A global consultancy seeks a D365 CE Functional Consultant for an onsite role in London on an initial 6-month contract, with the option for extension. The successful candidate will lead functional design and configuration tasks for customer insights marketing. Must have 5–8 years experience with Dynamics 365, strong analytical, communication, and template-building skills. This role offers £200 – 215 per day.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Dynamics 365 Marketing / CIJ.
• Strong understanding of CIJ RTM features.
• Experience with consent & compliance profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration for CIJ real-time marketing.
• Configure real-time events and triggers.
• Conduct requirement workshops and UAT.
