I’m currently partnering with a well-established organisation who are looking to add a Security Analyst to their Security Incident Response Team, supporting the protection and resilience of a large, business-critical environment. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys incident response, investigation, and continuous improvement within a maturing security function.

This role would suit someone with a solid IT background, strong security fundamentals, and a genuine interest in threat detection and incident response within a growing security function.

What you’ll be involved in:
  • SIEM monitoring and security incident response
  • Investigating and containing confirmed security threats
  • Digital forensics and evidence handling where required
  • Working with internal IT teams and external security partners
  • Improving detection capability through tuning and reducing false positives
  • Lessons learned reviews and driving improvements to controls and processes
  • Maintaining incident records, metrics, and security documentation
  • Supporting BAU security operations within a 24×7 environment

  • Salary: Up to £51,000
