A leading retail company in Inverness is seeking a Customer Team Leader to provide exceptional service and support the store team. Customer Team Leader
Location: Shopping Centre, Keppock Road, Culloden, IV2 7LL
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you9ll need to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you9ll be part of a friendly team that9s dedicated to helping our customers. We9ll look to you to help lead the store team - coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
