SRT Marine Systems plc (SRT) is a market leader in international marine surveillance technology and systems. We are a respected, ambitious multinational company headquartered in the UK with a global customer base. Our customers range from national coast guards to individual vessel owners. This is not a sales or account management role; it is a technical product support role focused on continued integration and training for our customers. The role requires Governmental Security Clearance and full background checks.

Role Overview - Customer Systems Adoption Manager: We seek a highly motivated bilingual (English & Arabic) professional with a background in system-type product training or product management to deliver frontline, continuous operational support to customers and guide them through system setup and utilization to maximise the benefits of their SRT system.

This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise on our proprietary system and to contribute to ongoing system enhancements through insights from customer usage and future needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor system parameters, configurations and workflows to align with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse clients’ operational workflows to recommend and implement optimised adjustments that improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of clients’ processes within our platform to achieve operational alignment.
  • Provide frontline proactive user support and training to maximise system utilisation and operational excellence.
  • Offer insights and recommendations on product enhancements to product management and development teams.
  • Conduct regular review sessions with clients to evaluate system performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client configurations, workflows, and support activities for future troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Essential: Kuwait National, bilingual in English & Arabic.
  • Essential: Degree in IT with a qualification in Training (preferably within the IT field).
  • Desirable: Experience delivering IT support to external customers within civil defence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand new concepts and products rapidly.
  • Experience in Product/System Management or Training for complex computer applications or IT technology within maritime environments.
  • Professional, discreet, and customer-focused demeanor; curious with excellent problem-solving skills.
