Role Overview - Customer Systems Adoption Manager: We seek a highly motivated bilingual (English & Arabic) professional with a background in system-type product training or product management to deliver frontline, continuous operational support to customers and guide them through system setup and utilization to maximise the benefits of their SRT system.
This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise on our proprietary system and to contribute to ongoing system enhancements through insights from customer usage and future needs.
