As a Customer Support Coordinator responsible for our German-speaking market in Switzerland, you will focus on delivering high level support to our worker and client base.

Responsibilities
  • Part of our London-based team working on the German-speaking market in Switzerland
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Management of customer engagement tool.
  • Collection of customer feedback on our platform to support further development by the Product and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
  • Native level German, spoken and written is a must have.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • A first experience in customer service (work experience in a technology led business is a plus).
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive working in a global, remote team.
  • Proactive and dedicated individual, with excellent organisation skills with a solution-orientated way of working.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint. Experience of Intercom a plus.
Work conditions
  • The usual weekly working cadence will be Friday – Saturday – Sunday – Monday (4 days / week) in fixed shifts starting 08:30am until 5:00pm (30 minutes break)
  • The onboarding and training period will happen onsite in our London office near Old Street station, though afterwards the role can virtually be done fully remote
  • Per annum salary indication for the 80% workload: £ 25’000,-
