Role Overview

We\'re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Champion to join our growing team. In this key role, you\'ll be the go-to support for our corporate and business clients—delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through to long-term relationship management.

You'll help new customers get off to a great start, support existing clients with ongoing needs, and reconnect with past customers to rebuild strong, lasting partnerships. Your ability to listen, communicate, and problem-solve will directly impact client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Guide new clients through a smooth, friendly onboarding process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
  • Re-engage lapsed clients through thoughtful, personalised outreach
  • Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Keep CRM and client records accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service delivery
What You\'ll Bring
  • 2+ years in a customer success, support, or client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills - empathetic, clear, and confident
