  • Talk to customers over the phone with broadband tech-related queries.
  • Help customers with simple router questions or issues that may require more ownership and follow-through.
  • Provide support to customers throughout their journey and be there for them as needed.
  • No specific experience required; if you are naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, training will cover the rest.
