Overview

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Responsibilities
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - you'll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal - keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, and share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community - get involved in activities and events.
Qualifications

Contract and Working Pattern

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
