A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a Receptionist to deliver administrative support in one of its Critical Care units. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the healthcare team. Ideal candidates will possess strong keyboard and word processing skills and have a keen understanding of how their role contributes to patient care.
To provide an effective and efficient reception, clerical and administrative service to patients, visitors and nursing staff in order to support the delivery of optimum patient care in one of the three Critical Care units. (Cardiothoracic ICU, General ICU and Neuro ICU).

The Trust serves a population of 1.3 million across southwest London, with services including cardiothoracic medicine and surgery, neurosciences and renal transplantation, and supports patients from additional regions. The Trust provides a nationwide endoscopy training centre.
