Criminal Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Devon, Salary up to £54,080–61,650 (DOE)
THE ROLE:

This is a rare opportunity for a Lawyer with a solid foundation in criminal law to move into a specialist prosecutions role. You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload, build expertise in prosecuting complex matters, and contribute to cases with genuine public impact. THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors and Barristers with at least 2 years’ PQE in criminal law, gained in either defence or prosecution, who are keen to broaden their skill set and take on a new challenge. You must bring strong advocacy skills, case preparation, and analytical abilities, together with a genuine commitment to justice. You will be a confident communicator, with a proactive approach to learning and a clear ambition to develop specialist expertise in prosecutorial work.
