We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Administrator – Crested Goods to support our Embroidery/Crested Goods order‑processing department. You will help drive our continued growth by ensuring crested orders flow smoothly from initial request through to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders, samples, and approvals for both internal and external production lines
  • Review, analyse, and action the daily order report
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors regarding any order changes
  • Handle enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Accurately enter order information and artwork, ensuring seamless handover to production
  • Follow all organisational policies, including Health & Safety and record retention standards
About You
  • Strong organisational, administrative, IT, and customer‑service skills
  • A proven ability to work to strict lead times
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail

Experience within the embroidery industry is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
