Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk, underwriting, financial assessment or a similar environment.
• Experience managing people or readiness for a leadership role.
• Familiarity with hospitality, commercial property, FMCG or B2B credit is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Credit Risk Controllers team.
• Own onboarding credit assessments and AML/KYC checks.
• Make evidence-based credit decisions and escalate as necessary.
• Oversee customer off-boarding, including exit statements and balance recovery.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for balanced outcomes.
