Cover Supervisor - Macclesfield - ASAP Start - Daily Supply

Are you confident managing a classroom but not a qualified teacher? This Cover Supervisor role could be the perfect next step for you. Academics are working closely with secondary schools across Macclesfield, who are in immediate need of flexible Cover Supervisors to step in and support classes on a daily supply basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be delivering pre-set lessons, keeping students on task, and managing behaviour management with confidence - all without the pressure of planning and marking. Classes will typically be KS3 and KS4. You'll need to maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching or looking to build experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lessons and support class learning

What We're Looking For / Qualifications

• Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
• Experience working with young people in any capacity (schools, youth work, sports coaching etc)
• Strong subject knowledge of Maths and English (evidenced by GCSEs)
• Confidence delivering lessons across a variety of subjects
• Flexibility and reliability
