Qualifications

• Soliciteur, cadre juridique ou acteur expérimenté avec plus de 1 an d'expérience en droit COP ou privé.
• Connaissance des lois sur la capacité mentale et des règles du COP.
• Engagement envers l'aide aux clients vulnérables.

Responsibilities

• Travailler sur des cas de protection de la cour à fort enjeu.
• Gérer les visites hors bureau et les défis juridiques réels.
• Fournir un soutien aux clients et à leurs familles.

Who we’re looking for

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with 1yr+ in COP or Private Client
• Sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection Rules
• Comfortable handling client contact, out-of-office visits and real-world legal challenges
• Compassionate and committed to helping vulnerable clients and their families
• STEP qualification or interest in gaining it
• Interest in building a long-term career in property & affairs COP work
