Overview

Corporate Tax Manager - London

Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice in Central London?

Responsibilities

• Take control and grow an already significant portfolio of corporate clients, including OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients; take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team and contribute to shaping the team’s growth strategy.
• Provide technical back-up to the partners and help deliver a high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

• ACA and/or CTA qualified; Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory Specialist at Manager or Senior Manager level with potential to develop the corporate tax offering.
• Thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues; experience with R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and cross-border taxes.
• Extensive experience of managing a team and delivering high-quality work to a varied client portfolio.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide technical backing to partners and work with entrepreneurial clients.
