Overview

Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager - Farnborough

Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice in Farnborough?

Our client are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients.

Responsibilities

• Capital reduction demergers and corporate restructuring
• Advice for shareholders (corporate and family) on disposals (typical values range from £10-100m)
• Tax due diligence
• Share scheme planning (EMI, growth shares etc.)

We are looking for an individual with some experience of tax advisory work although this may only be on limited areas. Most importantly, we are looking for motivated and forward-thinking individuals who are keen to develop their skills and build great relationships with existing and future clients.

Qualifications & Attributes

• ACA and/or CTA qualified
• Experience at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level within corporate tax
• Commercially minded with the ability to work with entrepreneurial clients
• Confidence in providing technical back-up to partners

The local Farnborough office is commutable from areas over the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire areas; Camberley, Woking, Bracknell, Fleet, Guildford, Farnham, Basingstoke, Alton etc.
