Busy corporate team in Leeds are looking to appoint two additional solicitors to assist with an increasing number of instructions.

The role will involve primarily transactional work in a range of areas covering M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity. Candidates in the region of 1-7 years pqe are of most interest. Suitable candidates are likely to be working in a Legal 500 corporate team and be used to acting on large and complex transactions for blue chip clients.
