The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or existing Senior Associate to join a high-performing national team from the firm\'s Birmingham office. The role involves advising a dynamic client base on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and shareholder agreements. The successful candidate will play a key role in running transactions, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the wider strategic growth of the Birmingham corporate offering.

The Candidate

• Applications are invited from experienced Corporate Solicitors with at least 4 years\' PQE.
• A strong background in all types of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements.
• Prior experience gained in a recognised City, national, or highly regarded regional practice is expected.
• An interest in business development and mentoring junior lawyers is also highly desirable.
