A leading advisement firm based in Manchester is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive or Manager to join their team. This role offers the rare opportunity to work on exciting sell-side deals and to grow a career in Corporate Finance Advisory within a smaller boutique firm. Ideal candidates will be newly qualified with ACA or ACCA and possess relevant experience.

MDM Resourcing is working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading sell-side M&A advisors, with highly experienced and respected Partners.

The firm specializes in advising entrepreneurs and owner-managers on maximising their equity value through sales to strategic acquirers in a value range of £10m to £250m.

A Corporate Finance Executive or Manager is now required to join the team to support a range of sell-side deals.

The ideal candidate will be 0–2 years qualified ACA or ACCA and keen to build a career in Corporate Finance Advisory. You will most likely have trained and qualified in Audit and ideally have around 6 months to 2 years' experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Restructuring, and be seeking a strategic career move into Corporate Finance in a smaller boutique firm. This is a rare opportunity to join a smaller boutique at a relatively early stage of its journey.
