Residential Conveyancer

Location: Maidenhead - Hybrid role!

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a growing friendly team. The firm are a well establish, highly reputable family-owned firm who pride themselves on outstanding service and are a people-orientated business, differentiating ourselves through our expertise and our human touch.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload in the provision of Sale & Purchase residential conveyancing to your own clients. Supported with your own dedicated, highly experienced Conveyancing Assistant, and a shared Legal Support team (Client Onboarding), Post Exchange and Post Completion teams. They utilise a customised Visual Files Case Management system to automate many of the monotonous and routine tasks.

What were looking for

• Minimum experience in residential conveyancing and managing own caseload required is 3 years (ideally 5 years+), with ability to manage both Freehold and Leasehold cases
• Good character and wholesome value set
• Demonstrable evidence of excellent client service
• Experience with Case Management systems preferred
