A leading Legal 500 firm have an exciting new opportunity to join a growing dispute resolution team specialising in contentious probate.

Role

You will join a team handling a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters including disputes over wills, estates, trusts and inheritance claims.

You will advise clients on complex and sensitive issues collaborating with colleagues across departments and building strong client relationships.

Candidate

Please apply if you have experience in contentious probate, trust disputes, inheritance disputes or related litigation work. You will have anything from 0-5 years PQE in this area or will be due to qualify soon. A STEP qualification or willingness to work towards one is desirable.
