Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy
  • Partner with brand and digital teams to define and implement a cohesive digital brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistency across digital touchpoints, including paid media, CRM, and brand websites.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty, digital, and media trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Content Management
  • Own and deliver the digital content strategy and calendar.
  • Manage the relationship with the content agency, ensuring briefs, feedback, and approvals are timely and accurate.
  • Oversee the creation of content that is platform-appropriate, legally compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analyse content performance, optimise based on insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Paid Media
  • Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to evaluate and optimise paid media campaigns.
  • Understand media planning and post-campaign analysis, providing input into creative testing and influencer content.
  • Retail Media
  • Partner with account teams on media analysis, optimisation, and evaluation.
  • Support the development of retail media activity with e-retailers.
  • Brand Website
  • Manage UK brand websites, ensuring regular updates and alignment with global guidelines.
  • Contribute to SEO optimisation and website performance analysis.
  • CRM
  • Co-develop and implement the UK CRM strategy.
  • Own the CRM content calendar and database development.
  • Test and learn from campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration
  • Support wider marketing functions including trade, influencer, and community management.
  • Manage day-to-day budget tracking and purchase orders.
Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital media campaign management and/or content creation.
  • Strong background in managing agencies, providing clear briefs, and optimising content and campaigns.
  • Confident analysing performance data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors (experience in these industries is advantageous but not essential).
  • Budget management experience is a plus.
Package & Process
  • Salary: £40,000–£45,000 base + 10% bonus (flexible for the right candidate if experience justifies it)
  • Start date: ASAP (1 - 2 month notice periods considered)
  • Team size: Small, collaborative team within a larger marketing function (~10 people)
