Overview

Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Office based role in Staines, Middlesex TW18 3DZ

Permanent

£27,100 + £500 bonus to be paid on completion of probation

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Shifts between 8am-8pm (one half Saturday a month)

How you’ll help us make health happen

• Taking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment
• Working with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements
• Ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last
• Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution
• Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques
• Introducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers
• Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Previous sales / contact centre experience is highly preferred
• Strong PC skills and the aptitude to adapt to new systems
• Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
• The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
