A prestigious healthcare provider in Norfolk is seeking a Consultant in Emergency Medicine. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-supported team within a busy Emergency Department seeing approximately 68,000 patients annually. Candidates must hold GMC Registration and have strong clinical leadership skills. Options for both full-time and part-time positions are available.
We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in Emergency Medicine on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful A&E department.

The appointee will be joining our client, who currently employ 4000 staff and are currently the biggest employer in Norfolk. With a budget of £220 Million, our client provides a comprehensive range of specialist, acute, obstetrics and community-based services. Our clients Emergency Department is a trauma unit within the regional Trauma Network and sees around 68,000 new patients per annum, with a higher than national average rate of attendances from the over 65 population. The department sees the full range of Emergency patients and covers a large geographic area and a population of around 330,000 people. The department is situated at the front of the hospital, near the Radiology department and scanning suites, including MRI and CT, and benefits from excellent clinical pathology, haematology, and microbiology services.
