A UK Government Research Department located in East Hagbourne seeks a Computing Support Analyst. The role involves offering first-line IT support, participating in projects, and providing help across various platforms (Windows, Mac). Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in computing. RAL Space is a department of the Science and Technology Facilities Council, part of the UK Research and Innovation. We have 60 years of experience and expertise in space programmes. RAL Space IT Services is a busy team providing customer and infrastructure support to RAL Space and across STFC. There is a wide range of areas to get involved in and learn about. We deliver world‑class science research and technology development with involvement in over 200 instruments in space. We work with UK and overseas agencies, universities and industrial companies on space and ground‑based space projects. Our unique position between industry and academia enables us to strengthen the UK space community.
