Overview

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking a Qualified Computer Science Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for delivering and planning lessons to GCSE standard. This role is to start ASAP and will potentially run till the end of the academic year. The position is for 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and plan lessons to GCSE standard for KS3 and KS4.
• Teach Computer Science with confidence, good communication and behaviour management.

Experience, Training and Qualifications

• QTS (or NQT) and experience teaching Science in a school setting for KS3/KS4.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; a free course with Prospero Teaching is available if not completed in the last 12 months.

Eligibility and References

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional child-related references.
