A leading recruitment agency in Belfast is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to AML regulations. This hybrid role involves investigating compliance cases, managing inquiries, and supporting account management. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position offers £16.50ph, 40 hours per week, starting ASAP and lasting until the end of October 2026.

Overview

Compliance Analyst Are you ready to make a real difference in the world of compliance? Join our client's team as a Compliance Analyst and play a vital role in safeguarding our client's organisation and its stakeholders. Your expertise will help them to navigate the complex landscape of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations while fostering a culture of compliance and control.

Start ASAP, pay £16.50ph (Umbrella), start ASAP, duration end of October 2026, hours Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, hybrid working role- three days a week in the office, location Belfast.

What you'll do
  • Investigate & analyse: Review AML Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for accuracy and appropriate documentation.
  • Account Management: Create and track account closure cases, liaising with business units to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication Champion: Manage inquiries and maintain the Red Flag mailbox while coordinating with various teams.
  • Reporting: Complete Senior Management Notifications and International referrals as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure investigations align with established standards, providing solid evidence for each case.
What we're looking for
