About the Role

CSP Ltd is recruiting CSAS/RSAS Accredited Officers to support traffic/event management at a wide range of events across the UK. Under the CSAS/RSAS scheme, our operatives are licensed by local police forces to direct and restrict traffic movements on public highways as part of professionally managed events. From major festivals and sporting events to retail and local authority projects, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of high-profile operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Actively directing and controlling traffic on public highways
  • Supporting safe access and egress for events
  • Enhancing public safety and event experience
  • Working as part of a professional traffic management team
  • Following police-accredited procedures and event traffic plans
  • Provide visible reassurance, engage with the public, and offer safety support
  • Gather information, and carry out enforcement where needed
  • Support local authorities, police, and community services through joint operations
