Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a nationally recognised provider as part of their exciting growth plans. This Community Nurse position is based in the Wrexham catchment area and offers an attractive salary of up to £39,000 with a fully expensed company car, sociable working hours, private healthcare cover and more benefits.

Role and responsibilities
  • Work autonomously managing your own caseload in the community
  • Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care
  • Provide support and education for both patients and family members
  • Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery
  • Clinical skills needed include sub-cutaneous injections, cannulation and phlebotomy
  • Focus on IV therapy for patients in the comfort of their own home
  • Visit 4 to 5 patients per day with standard shifts Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Prior experience in the community is desirable but not essential
