A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Community GP to deliver compassionate care to vulnerable patients in South Leicestershire. This role involves managing the health of care home residents and housebound individuals, with a strong focus on teamwork and patient-centered care. Ideal candidates will have GMC registration and a commitment to holistic care, supported by opportunities for career development and training.
Location - Kibworth Medical Centre and surrounding community.
Salary - £10,500 per session
Permanent position, 6 sessions per week, job share considered.
Community GP South Leicestershire Medical Group
South Leicestershire Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community GP to join our progressive, supportive, and forward-thinking general practice team.
This unique role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to care home residents, housebound patients, and individuals living with frailty within our community. You will work alongside our existing Community GP and two Practice Community Nurses as part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for some of our most vulnerable patients.
