A leading company in community care services is looking for a Community Care Assistant to support clients' physical, emotional, and social needs. The role involves personal care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting client's wellbeing. With flexible working hours and various pay rates, this position offers career progression and formal training.
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months experience in the sector; however, we also accept applicants who are new to the sector and keen to thrive in a new career. Driving is essential for this role. Welsh speaking is desirable.

Additional benefits include 45p per mile, paid travel time, paid leave, and enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of clients using a person-centred approach. You should observe and promote the patient’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and other rights, maintaining professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders. Supporting fellow Care Workers and adhering to all regulatory and statutory obligations, policies, procedures, and guidelines are also essential.
