Communications Business Partner <br>Hybrid: London, SW1E 5JL<br>Permanent, Part Time - 3 days per week job share (Monday-Wednesday)
Band 3 / FTE £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Here at Serco, we're looking for a Communications Business Partner with a passion for crafting thoughtful, engaging content that makes a real impact - both internally and externally.
Working across our UK & Europe Division, Justice & Immigration (J&I) and Transport & Community Services (TCS) businesses, you'll support senior leaders in communicating effectively with colleagues across the business, while also helping to build Serco's reputation and credibility with the outside world. Whether it's shaping internal campaigns that boost employee engagement or creating clear, compelling external messaging, your words will help bring our purpose and values to life.
You'll need excellent writing and editing skills, but just as importantly, you'll have the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible content. You'll be proactive, collaborative and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, combining meticulous research with a keen understanding of what resonates with different audiences.
