Commercial Real Estate Solicitor | Newcastle | NQ – 2 Years PQEBMC Group are working with a leading full-service law firm in Newcastle to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join their tier‑one Legal 500 Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, trainee, or solicitor/apprentice looking to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of commercial property transactions and development projects.

About the Role
  • You’ll support the Commercial Real Estate team across a wide range of matters, including:
  • Landlord and tenant estate management, acting for commercial landlords with significant portfolios and assets
  • Investment acquisitions and disposals, including single and multi‑property transactions
  • Major projects including restructuring, residential and commercial developments, and other complex real‑estate transactions
  • Assisting with administration and transactional work across diverse sectors
Who We’re Looking For
  • NQ to 2 years PQE, or experience as a trainee/apprentice in a Real Estate team
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive team player
  • Excellent organisation and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to liaise confidently with clients and senior lawyers
