A leading regional law firm in Suffolk is seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Commercial Property Solicitor to lead and manage their established Commercial Property team. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate ready to step into Partnership, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge with strategic influence.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a leading regional firm and play a key role in developing the team and firm further in the Suffolk market. Managing a team of talented lawyers, you will be taking the lead on high-value and complex commercial property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease arrangements, and property finance. The role also involves advising on landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and investment property transactions.
You will have a strong track record of managing a varied commercial property caseload of complex matters. Applications are welcome from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 7 years PQE in handling all types of commercial property related matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters. With strong career aspirations you will be looking for the next step in your career and possess the ability to inspire and develop members of the team.
