• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plumbing.
• Diagnose faults, source parts, and carry out repairs.
• Knowledge of current regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive management of communal water distribution systems.
• Conduct repairs to a high standard.
• Work as part of the commercial maintenance team.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of communal plumbing

Excellent working knowledge of hot and cold-water distribution services

Good knowledge of communal heating plant

City & Guilds level 2 & 3 plumbing
