Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within account base
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the client portfolio.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Manager should have:
  • Experience managing either discounters, convenience or out of home accounts
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • A solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in analysing sales data and preparing detailed reports.
  • The ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
