Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within account base
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the client portfolio.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Manager should have:
- Experience managing either discounters, convenience or out of home accounts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
- A solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in analysing sales data and preparing detailed reports.
- The ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential
