Our Customer Service Group Finance team in Dunfermline plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of Sky's call centres and engineers. With millions of customer interactions each year and thousands of agents across various locations, the team is responsible for balancing efficiency with delivering excellent customer service. Sky is proud of its market-leading customer experience, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve it. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight that drives performance and ensures cost efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Our Dunfermline contact centre has free onsite car parking and is moments from Rosyth train station. You'll also have use of our subsidised canteen, free tea and coffee, covered bike storage, prayer room and shower facilities as part of the onsite gym.
