Coffee Bar Supervisor - Canary Wharf

£17.19 per hour

We're looking for a confident, personable Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead our busy weekday coffee bars in the heart of Canary Wharf. If you're passionate about great coffee, love bringing people together, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support the barista team, creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere
• Maintain high standards of service and product quality
• Work confidently with digital systems and POS tills
• Ensure smooth daily operations, from opening routines to stock control
• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Barista training and hands‑on coffee bar experience
• Experience using digital POS tills
• A natural team motivator with a calm, confident presence
• Coffee certification is a bonus, but not essential
