We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Coffee Bar Manager to take the reins across three dynamic café spaces within our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a creative flair—particularly when it comes to developing standout seasonal drink menus and elevating the customer experience.
You’ll directly manage a Barista team of 6, ensuring consistent high standards, efficient service, and a positive team culture across all locations. You will also oversee all the tea points across the building.
You’ll be a confident and collaborative leader with experience managing café operations. A strong eye for detail, customer service excellence, and creative input into menu development are key. Experience in sustainability and a passion for innovation in food and drink service are a big plus.
