A healthcare organization is seeking a Band 4 Coordinator to manage community therapy referrals. Responsibilities include processing referrals, making appointments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and education qualifications such as GCSEs and NVQ level 3. The position offers a salary of £27,485 to £30,162 per annum, pro rata.

The post holder should be a creative and clear thinker, with administrative experience and with excellent skills with technology to help manage our Community therapy team referrals.

To ensure that an accurate and up-to-date patient record is maintained by updating our clinical system as necessary. Training will be provided.
