A leading educational institution in England is seeking a Co-Curricular Activity and Travel Administrator to support co-curricular activities and manage transport logistics for events. The ideal candidate will have relevant office experience and strong communication skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. The role offers 37.5 hours of work per week, during term-time and three additional weeks during school holidays. Meals are provided to staff while on duty and leisure facilities are available for staff use.
The Co-Curricular Activity and Travel Administrator role supports the smooth running of Benenden School’s co-curricular activities across all year groups and manages transport logistics for sports fixtures, school trips and other events. It is a term-time only role, plus three weeks during the school holidays, for 37.5 hours per week. Term begins on the day of the full staff meeting (INSET), which you are also expected to attend.
Relevant experience in a fast-paced office environment and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own workload while working collaboratively to achieve team and departmental objectives. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with experience using initiative and creativity to resolve problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for students are central to this role, as is the ability to communicate clearly and respond effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.

The post-holder will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children with whom they come into contact.
