Working within all Swale outpatient specialities. eperience preferred but not essential as training will be provided which will include:
Setting up and running clinics alongside Doctors
Supporting the Nurse in Charge
Teaching of any equipment used within the areas

Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first
To ensure patients receive high quality care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines
Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of the individuals
To act as an advocate for patients within the department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care
Prepare any medical records which may be required prior to patients attending their clinic appointments.
